Infoencontexto S.A. operates a real estate crowdlending platform that allows investors to collectively participate in real estate development projects in Argentina. Our services are regulated by the National Securities Commission (CNV) under Registry N° 847.

Eligibility

To use our investment services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a tax resident in Argentina or have a valid CUIL/CUIT
• Complete the identity verification process (KYC)
• Meet investor requirements according to CNV regulations

Investments

Investments made through our platform carry risks inherent to the real estate market. Before investing, we recommend:

• Read the documentation for each project carefully
• Evaluate your financial capacity and risk tolerance
• Consider independent financial advice
• Diversify your investments to reduce risks

User Obligations

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Comply with tax obligations arising from your investments

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infoencontexto S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Limitation of Liability

Infoencontexto S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
